A municipal website is increasingly integrated with an external e-service portal. This leads to several issues in integrating the links to e-services on the municipal website.
By allowing rek.ai to include the e-service portal in its AI model, we can recommend e-services both on web pages and in search suggestions and on the search results page.
The integration is done automatically, and no code needs to be written.
You can choose how the e-services should be graphically recommended.
We let our spider (a program that reads websites and finds all links) search for the e-services, so you don't need to manually insert links to all your e-services.
rek.ai will learn which e-services are used by which types of users. For example, a visitor might more often search for building permits on a desktop computer but report their child sick on a mobile phone.
rek.ai uses AI technology to read texts and can therefore understand the subject of an e-service. A technique called labeling.
