Why We Started Rek.ai
For many years, we have been building and developing large websites used by a wide variety of visitors with different needs, behaviors, and goals.
In discussions with organizations, the same question kept coming up: can the experience be personalized based on how different users actually use the website? Web statistics clearly showed differing needs, but the available tools didn't consider GDPR or visitor rights.
That's where the idea for rek.ai was born. We wanted to explore if AI could be a way to solve personalization responsibly and sustainably.
